Fees vary according to the size, type and special features of the building. Prices are quoted on an individual basis. Additional fees may apply for crawlspace type basements. Special reports are available as needed and priced separately.
The following are Pricing "guidelines" and are subject to change:
- 2 Bedrooms or less, 1 Baths - $295,
- 3 Bedrooms, 2 or more baths - $325 - $375
- 4 Bedrooms or more, 2 or more Baths - $375 and up,
- Multi-Family - $375 first unit plus $100 per additional unit,
- Condominium - $275 and up,
- Town Houses - $295 and up
Payment is appreciated at the time of the inspection.
